All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars
Tariffs are for 2 Adults only. Packaged breakfast provisions which include fresh eggs, smoked bacon, bread and butter, milk, orange juice, tea, ground coffee, jams and spreads are provided for the duration of your stay and will be restocked if required.
Broadbeach Villa has been created as a romantic getaway for a maximum of 2 adults. Children and pets are not catered for.
Deposits & Full Payments
A deposit of 50% of total booking is to be paid immediately by credit card to secure a booking. We accept VISA AND MASTERCARD. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
If payment by cheque, cash, money order or direct deposit is required, please telephone to make a booking.
Full payment is due on arrival date.
Cancellation, Transfers & Refunds
The deposit is non refundable.
Minimum Night Bookings
High season - 5th Nov 2011 - 15th April 2012
2nd Nov 2012 - 14th April 2013
$200 per night mid week.
$240 per night Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Minimum 2 nights stay.
Low season - 16th April 2012 - 1st November 2012.
$180 per night mid week.
$200 per night Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Minimum 2 nights stay
Grand Prix - $1600 - Minimum 4 nights stay.
Super Bikes - $240 per night - Minimum 2 nights stay.

Children
Unfortunately Broachbeach Villa cannot accommodate children under 18 years of age.
Smoking
Broadbeach Villa endorses a very strict no smoking policy inside the luxury accommodation and will charge extra cleaning costs if smoking occurs inside. Ash trays are provided outside the Villa for butts, where smoking is permitted.
